TASP Employment - Work Study Student Office Worker

The TASP employs three work-study students who assist with office procedures. Training on office duties and responsibilities is provided.

To be considered for this position, you must have a Federal Work Study award.


  • Filing and copying
  • Data entry and document scanning
  • Organizing mailings and creating mailing labels
  • Creating flyers/posters
  • Calling students/tutors
  • Running errands on campus
  • Answering telephone and taking messages for staff
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned


  • Customer service
  • Knowledgeable of all LAC procedures and policies
  • Answering phone and in person questions in a professional manner


  • Federal Work Study award
  • Good communication skills
  • Well organized
  • Basic computer skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Independent worker


  • Candidates should be able to work 8-10 hours per week
  • Workdays/times are flexible based on when student is not in class


  • $7.50/hr
