The Learning Assistance Center is committed to an iterative (continuous) assessment process. We examine how our services impact students' grades, students' GPAs, persistence (retention) at UNCG, and graduation rates. Additionally, we evaluate student learning through measurable outcomes, engage in peer (tutor of student) evaluation methods, tutor evaluation processes, and program evaluations.
