The LAC Resource Lab maintains a variety of academic resources for your use, ranging from textbooks to cutting-edge software programs. There are three computers and a laser printer available for your academic use. Study carrels are available and provide a quiet place for you to get your work done. Additionally, academic skills instruction and tutoring sessions are both conducted here in our lab.

We offer a variety of software programs, including graduate and professional school test preparation materials, in our Resource Lab (software is available for use in the lab only). Click here to see our list of available software.
We also offer a variety of software for students with disabilities, special needs, or those requiring academic assistance. They include the Microsoft Office Accessibility Magnifier and Narrator, as well as Natural Reader. Headphones are available for use with all lab computers, including ones with microphones for dictating on Narrator. If you need assistance with any of these programs, please ask one of our lab monitors or a professional staff member.
