Targeted Review (TR) involves periodic review of difficult course concepts by a trained student facilitator. This differs from the Supplemental Instruction Program because it does not meet every week for review. The TR facilitator collaborates with your faculty to determine specific times during the semester that present the most difficult material. The TR facilitator then offers review sessions that incorporate group discussions, active learning exercises, and clarification of difficult concepts to help you better understand the course material.
Targeted Review is currently being offered in the Fall 2007 semester for the following courses:
CHE/205-01 (Anna Matteson); CHE/420-01 (Anna Matteson); PHI 119-01 (Mike Robinson)
We are currently trying to fill positions for the following courses:
BIO/301-01; CHE/331-01; PHY/205-01; PHY/211-01; PHY/212-01
