Financial Literacy is the possession of the skills and knowledge needed for an individual to make informed and effective decisions with all of their financial resources. Financial literacy makes individuals become self-sufficient so that financial stability can be achieved.

Our goal is for each TRiO student at UNCG to feel confident and prepared to handle personal finances now and in the future by equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to successfully manage money.

Financial Literacy at UNCG's TRiO programs means:
