Cultural Events

Annual Awards Event

The SSS Annual Awards Event takes place each April. We honor the academic accomplishments of our students who have earned a GPA between 3.0-3.49, Dean's list, and Chancellor's list. Additionally, we recognize those students who have actively participated in at least two of the three components of our program. Our final recognition is the Director's Award. This award, begun in 2004, recognizes a student who is actively involved in our program, has earned a 2.5 GPA or above, is involved in campus activities, and demonstrates outstanding commitment to his/her education.
