The SSS Learning Lab offers the tools and assistance you need to become a more proficient, sophisticated writer. Primarily, writing instruction is individualized and based on your needs and course requirements. You might consider:
- Bringing in a new assignment for guidance on narrowing your topic or getting started on research.
- Having the Assistant Director look over your rough draft for any problems with organization.
- Learning how to better use word processing programs to make your work easier and your assignments look more professional.
- Getting professional help on M.L.A. or A.P.A. documentation styles.
- Letting the Assistant Director go through your final draft with you to conduct a final edit before turning in your paper.
