Withdrawal Information

To be officially classified as being withdrawn from the University, you must complete the required steps laid out on the Registrar's website.

Additionally, students who find they must withdraw from the University are encouraged to complete the information below. This information will only be used by the appropriate staff in the Learning Assistance Center, Special Support Services, or Supplemental Instruction Program. All information will be treated confidentially.
