The Spartans 1st (SF) Mentoring Program was created to help first year students transition smoothly into college life by connecting with a current student who has been where you are now. Through the Mentor Collective matching survey, you’ll share information about your goals, interests, preferences, and background so you can be matched with a SF peer mentor who is a great fit for you. Matches are made using the following criteria:
- Desired mentor’s major
- Career interests
- Academic interests
- Desired mentoring frequency
- Details about self
- Challenges
- Hobbies
- Requested age
- Languages
