Annually, the Division of Student Success invites UNCG faculty and staff to submit proposals for innovative projects or programs designed to improve the success, retention, and engagement of our undergraduate students.

Special priority is given to proposals that do the following:
  • Leverage partnership between academic and administrative units, especially across the Divisions of Student Affairs, Academic Affairs, and Student Success
  • Target a specific marginalized student population, including (but not limited to)
    • Racialized Minorities
    • First-Generation
    • Adult Learners
    • Transfer Students
    • Online Learners
  • Support one or more of UNCG’s high impact initiatives:
    • Peer to Peer Mentoring
    • QEP Spartans Thrive
    • AI Technology
    • MAC Foundations
